Finally Ponnala Gets Call from CBI in Jagan`s case

As expected, CBI has finally given notices to another Minister of the ruling congress party. A noted minister of the party from T-Region, Ponnala Lakshmaiah is now ordered to appear before investigation agency.

CBI, which is currently probing into the Jagan’s disproportionate assets case, has served notices to IT minister Ponnala Lakshmaiah for questioning. The then Major and medium irrigation Minister in YSR’s cabinet has allegedly released some GOs favouring some cement companies that invested in Jagan’s companies. Reportedly, Ponnala has issued faulty GOs by violating rules to allot excessive water to cement companies, without getting permission from Water board and Krishna tribunal. He is asked by the investigation agency to attend before them on June 7th.

This minister already got summons from Supreme Court to give an explanation regarding the flaws in the GOs issued by him then. There are chances for this minister to get arrested by the CBI, if the agency feels that he is not co-operating with them.
