Centre includes Warangal in Indira Awas Yojana with 7 other AP districts

The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Mr N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, has said the Centre has approved the inclusion of all habitations with population of more than 250 people in the eight districts under the Indira Awas Yojana.

These districts include Adilabad, East Godavari, Karimnagar, Khammam, Srikakulam, Vishakapatnam, Vizianagaram and Warangal. They will be covered for the Prime Minister’s Grameena Sadak Yojana connectivity in these habitations.

This Union Minister of Rural Development, Mr Jairam Ramesh, has communicated this to the Chief Minister. He informed that the Union Cabinet has approved the inclusion of these habitations.
